With the use of sophisticated online CRM & Accounting software; your role will be to support the day to day management of a busy internet and search marketing agency, with a priority given to Credit Control & Accounts Management. As PA to the MD you will be responsible for providing an organised and professional service
Our advanced online billing and accounts system is already set up to assist internal processes. The ability to liaise with clients over the telephone is essential – ensuring that clients adhere to their contractual obligations.
In terms of ‘office support’ – you will be responsible for assisting the MD in all other areas of the business including; marketing; HR; PR; & all other general admin duties when necessary.
This is an exciting role for someone who wishes to play a leading role in the day to day running of a busy agency office in a thriving digital sector.
Skills & Experience Required:
You will ideally have experience of working in an ‘agency’ style office environment with a genuine interest and knowledge in this sector. You will have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills. You will be an organised enthusiastic and efficient individual with excellent interpersonal skills who is willing to be part of team.
